NEUROSCIENCE FOR COACHING, TEACHING & LEADERSHIP CLARITY

Discover BRAIN SCIENCE that will show you how to get crystal clear on where to devote your energy to help you sharpen your focus, motivation and mental clarity.

Do you have clarity envy?

Do you see other people who seem to be so clear about what they are doing that you feel a bit envious?

Do you feel like you're not even exactly sure what you really want?

Are you yearning for a feeling of confidently directing your energy and seeing it move a needle in your life?

If your answer to any of those questions is yes, here's what is likely happening:

You are not paying enough attention to your feelings of clarity when you have them.

Your mind seeks out what you tell it to look for.

You must set an intention to FEEL clarity.

But there's ONE thing that is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT that many people leave out...

that intention must include a

VISCERAL, SENSORY MOTOR SIMULATION...

… of what clarity sounds like as it comes through your voice...

… as the feeling of how your fingers type on a keyboard or write with a pen...

… of what it feels like to look at your schedule and LOVE what you see...

… how your eyeballs, fingers, hands, and body MOVE throughout your ideal day.

When you want to move the needle in some area of your life...

Our physical body MUST do something that can be observed and detected in the physical realm.

This requires action-sequences of muscles and bones.

The more those action sequences drive towards a focused, clear path, vision or goal, the more data you have to validate and experiment with.

Those moments create a bridge between what happens in your body and the consciously accessible systems of your brain .

The more you build that bridge, the stronger your Clarity becomes.

This is the type of Clarity I love helping coaches, leaders and educators tap into.

It's why I created the Neuroscience for Coaching, Teaching and Leadership Clarity workshop.

The feedback from this workshop has been amazing..

I get emails from people all over the world after they watch this who tell me they have new levels of clarity about what they are here to do, what they are REALLY after, and how to focus their energy in much more clear, efficient ways that are having an impact.

I'm so excited to share this content with you...

"Fabulous, helpful, thought-provoking, growth-oriented training [...] I want to experience it again. I benefited more from this experience than I have from whole classes on brain development, entire textbooks on brain research and multiday educational conferences. I know I am a better teacher for this morning’s experience. Heartfelt thanks."

- Michele, Kansas City, MO

I've been measuring people's brains, hearts and physiological frequencies for over a decade. I've seen a lot. I've worked with people of all ages, industries and backgrounds - from meditation masters to CEO's, surgeons, professional athletes, celebrities, teachers, parents, high performers, and professionals of all kinds.

One thing they all have in common is that once they are CLEAR on where to devote their energy, they thrive and the world takes notice

Clarity is NOT about another check list of things to DO.

It's about an Internal Sense of Clarity about WHO YOU ARE

"I consider Stefanie my neuroscience teacher, and studying her body of work keeps me in the practice of using neuroscience as a powerful lens to understand my teaching more deeply and from a research-backed perspective.

Stefanie is one of the most inspiring presenters I’ve ever encountered, with a unique ability to make neuroscience accessible and deeply meaningful for teachers.
