Leaders, coaches, and experts are often in a mode of solving problems and taking on others' perspectives.
They are ALSO often in a mode of seeking ways to channel their expertise and talents into systems that help their clients and audiences in new and expansive ways.
This type of activity leads their brain to take on a certain type of brainwave pattern.
This pattern is part of their signature.
It's how they've gotten to where they're at.
However, these same leaders, coaches and experts also often report a feeling that they are spreading their energy into too many directions.
They feel a lack of clarity about exactly WHERE and HOW to spend their energy.
This lack of clarity leads them to start feeling scattered, frazzled, depleted and uncertain. I see this in profiles on BRAIN MAPS (which I'll share in the workshop).

Summary and notes
Stefanie Faye is a world-renowned neuroscience expert who works with large organizations such as MIT, Google, Stanford, and Northwestern University, as well as with non-profits, coaches, consultants and educators all over the world.
Her graduate studies from New York University focused on self-directed neuroplasticity, self-regulation, and empathy.
She has expertise in brain mapping (qEEG), heart rate variability, and other neurophysiological measurements that are used to guide people’s journeys of transformation and overall well-being. She combines all of that with mindfulness training in monasteries and from meditation masters from India, Vietnam and Africa.
You will likely find some valuable insights even if your challenges are not only professional. You'll also see many overlaps between what we learn about ourselves professionally and what is happening in our personal life.
If you are someone who serves others in some capacity and you're feeling a lack of clarity about it, you'll likely find some valuable insights from this workshop as well. You're welcome to email me after you sign up and tell me about your line of work and I can do my best to weave it into the workshop.
